Afghans

Requirements for all items:

• Please wash all items without fabric softener.

• Wool or wool blend yarn should NOT be used.

• Please use a single strand of yarn so the item is not too heavy.

• Please double check all items. Weave in tails and loose threads.

Afghans for Infant Loss

Materials: Can be made with baby yarn or sport weight

Colors: Light pastel colors (no yellow please)

Size: 12”x12” or 16”x16” or 20”x20”

Pattern: Any pattern/stitch

Afghans for Newborns

Materials: Can be made of worsted weight yarn, baby yarn, or sport weight.

Color: Any color is acceptable (keeping in mind they are for babies)

Size: 30”x 30” or 36”x 36”

Pattern: Any pattern/stitch (keeping in mind little fingers). NO FRINGE as it is a choking hazard.
